Job summary

Terumo Europe NV (Terumo PSD) offers an 18-month Young Graduate Program to accelerate your development in aseptic fill & finish manufacturing and sterility assurance within a GMP environment. From day one you’ll work close to the shop floor, gaining hands-on experience in aseptic processes, cleanroom controls, environmental monitoring and contamination control strategies.

You’ll learn to link process data with microbiology and quality requirements to drive data-driven improvements and prepare

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to work on site in Leverkusen (DE).
• Growth mindset with ability to learn quickly in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the 18‑month Young Graduate Program, gaining hands-on experience in aseptic fill & finish and sterility assurance within GMP.
