Fresenius is seeking a qualified candidate for an aseptic environment role at our Melrose Park, IL facility. You will monitor the aseptic core, mentor operators, and ensure adherence to GMP while collaborating with Production, Quality, and Training leaders.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or Life Sciences (or equivalent with pharma manufacturing experience) and the ability to gown and work in a sterile setting. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree or combination of degrees with pharma manufacturing focus.
• Experience with aseptic processing is desirable.
• Ability to gown and work in an aseptic environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor aseptic core to ensure GMP compliance and mentor operators.
• Report metrics to site management on a regular basis.
• Provide corrective action training based on visual audits and feedback.
• Inspect physical conditions of the aseptic core daily.
• Escort non-gown qualified individuals as needed.
