North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant in Aseptic Services to support the safe preparation of specialised injectable medicines within a cleanroom environment.

You will contribute to GMP-compliant workflows, perform in‑process checks, and maintain comprehensive documentation while training and supporting staff and students in aseptic techniques.

Qualificações

• Aseptic competency-based training is mandatory.
• Routine updates and competency-based aseptic training are required.
• Hold or be working toward SMPO apprenticeship/NVQ Level 2.

Responsabilidades

• Aseptically prepare and check medicines in a cleanroom.
• Perform cleaning of the aseptic production unit in line with GMP/SOPs.
• Assemble, disinfect and transfer ingredients and disposables through the aseptic unit.
• Maintain GMP compliance through accurate documentation and self‑assessment.
• Support stock management and ordering to ensure continuity of service.
• Demonstrate aseptic techniques to students, trainees and new staff.
