Job summary

Simtrabps is seeking a Manufacturing Manager in Bloomington, Indiana to oversee all production activities supporting multiple filling lines for injectable drug products. The role includes leading a team of supervisors, ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations, and interfacing with clients and senior management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of aseptic manufacturing experience, with strong leadership skills and the ability to implement lean practices. This position offers comprehensive benefits, including health coverage and retirement savings plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in all aspects of the aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing process.
• Must have knowledge of GMPs and worldwide regulatory agency guidelines.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in parenteral manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of manufacturing supervisors to meet production schedules.
• Partners with quality and technical services leaders for investigations.
• Develops processes to improve manufacturing operations.
