Job summary

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, based in Monroe, North Carolina, is seeking a Lead Packaging Technician to oversee inspection and secondary packaging of vials and syringes for commercial distribution, following FDA cGMP and batch records.

This working lead will organize teammates, operate production equipment, support visual inspections, labeling, cartoning, and serialization, and train other operators while ensuring accuracy and timely production.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• 3–5 years CGMP/aseptic operations experience.
• Strong CGMP knowledge and documentation skills.
• Good math and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serves as area SME of equipment, processes, and documents driving the process.
• Operate, maintain, assemble & disassemble, clean and set-up applicable production equipment.
• Review, correction and close out of area specific batch records.
• Maintain documentation and functional work areas to GMP standards.
• Communicates effectively to area leadership and cross-functional groups to ensure production demands.
• Assess situation and provide accurate recommendations to overcome challenges with cross-functional support.
