The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in GMP manufacturing and leadership in regulated environments.

The annual pay range for this position is $163,200 to $244,800, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including educational assistance and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive experience in GMP manufacturing or process engineering leadership.
• At least 5 years of aseptic operations and training in CGT, Biologics, or Sterile filling operations.
• Experience managing GMP training programs and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Aseptic Operations and Training team.
• Develop and deploy a GMP Manufacturing Training Strategy.
• Ensure compliance with CGT standards and regulatory requirements.
