NJFC operates three production facilities: Northwest Packing in Vancouver, WA.; San Benito Foods, in Hollister, CA; and Toma-Tek in Firebaugh, CA.
We are seeking a Aseptic Mechanic to repair and ensure that preventative maintenance is executed on machinery and mechanical equipment. Responsible for repairs, installation, monitoring and assembling of mechanical aseptic functions. Ensures that the response time to any mechanical failure is adequate to minimize production downtime. Ensures proper preventative maintenance structure is in place and being followed. Initiates corrective actions and implements solutions to productivity performance issues. Assists area maintenance mechanics with preventive and breakdown maintenance of filling lines and processing equipment as needed. Provides individualized training to maintenance and operations staff as required. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), Safety, Hot Works, Health Hazard Analysis, and Critical Control Point (HACCP) procedures are followed at our TomaTek plant in Firebaugh, CA.
