Job summary

Pfizer in Kansas (McPherson) is seeking an on-site aseptic production technician to help maintain aseptic conditions in production areas and support contamination control programs. You will complete gowning training, learn cleaning protocols for aseptic and non-aseptic environments, and perform routine and non-routine cleaning tasks with precise electronic record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of manufacturing/industrial experience.
• Ability to learn and use industry-standard software such as the Quality Tracking System, Pfizer Document Management System, Pfizer Electronic Log System, and Enterprise Asset Management Solution.
• Good interpersonal skills to maintain employee relations and foster a positive working environment.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Commitment to adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply knowledge of procedures, techniques, tools, materials and equipment in technical operations.
• Complete aseptic gowning training on-site and maintain aseptic conditions with full PPE.
• Achieve and maintain qualification in cleaning protocols for aseptic and non-aseptic environments with hands-on equipment training.
• Execute cleaning and sanitization tasks per standard procedures and within timeframes; maintain gowning stock and equipment.
• Maintain precise electronic records of tasks using Pfizer electronic log system; navigate Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel.
• Work in a team to identify and resolve contamination control issues and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrate integrity by adhering to Pfizer’s standards and values.
