Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working in manufacturing is preferred.
• Must develop knowledge of 21 CFR Part 210 and 211 for cGMP operations.
• Must be capable of wearing all protective gear and maintain good personal hygiene.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must possess problem-solving skills and manage time effectively.
• Punctuality and low absenteeism; able to sit/stand 8–10 hours.
• May lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Follow cGMP and GDocP in all activities.
• Weigh and mix products per approved SOPs; document batch records.
• Maintain product quality and ensure patient safety during production.
• Complete batch documentation per GDocP; record deviations.
• Assist in equipment prep for batch manufacturing and maintenance logs.
• Operate equipment (pH meters, balances, pumps) as required.
• Support SOP development and cGMP documentation updates.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for material availability.
