Job summary

Stokes Healthcare is seeking a Manufacturing Technician - Aseptic (2nd Shift) to work in a cGMP environment under the supervision of the Aseptic Manufacturing Supervisor. You will focus on precision, documentation, and team productivity while maintaining high-quality standards for patient safety.

The role requires weighing and mixing products per SOPs, participating in equipment setup, and ensuring ongoing training and collaboration with quality and facilities teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 210 and 211 for cGMP operations.
• Able to wear protective gear and maintain hygiene in production areas.
• Ability to perform aseptic gowning and related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow cGMP and Good Documentation Practices at all times.
• Weigh and mix products per cGMP processes and document in batch records.
• Maintain product quality and patient safety; ensure efficient daily operations.
• Prepare batches and assist with equipment for batch manufacturing.
• Maintain equipment maintenance logs for designated equipment.
• Use equipment safely (pH meters, balances, pumps) in aseptic processing.
• Develop and follow SOPs and cGMP documentation.
• Report any unusual occurrences and participate in training.
