Job summary

Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an Aseptic Manufacturing Associate for weekend nights at the Butterworth Facility.

The role involves aseptic filling, equipment prep, data recording, and cleaning in Grade 5 to ISO 8 cleanrooms under supervision. Requirements include a Bachelor’s or high school diploma with multiple years of relevant experience, sterile manufacturing background, and respirator/PAPR qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with required experience for Level I.
• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with required experience for Level II (sterile env).
• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with required experience for Level III (sterile env).
• Qualification for use of a full-face respirator is required; PAPR for hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment preparation, bulk drug formulation, and aseptic filling duties.
• Accurately document data and complete batch records as needed.
• Perform cleaning and sanitization duties as instructed by procedures.
• Complete the aseptic gowning and manufacturing qualification program.
• Work in Grade 5, ISO 6/7/8 cleanrooms.
