Job summary

Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing is seeking an Aseptic Manufacturing Associate for the 3rd shift in Grand Rapids. The role focuses on aseptic filling, formulation, and in-process documentation under supervision.

The position requires degrees or equivalent experience in manufacturing or medical/lab settings and includes gowning and cleanroom responsibilities in multiple ISO environments. Full training on the site’s qualification program is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with 2+ years in manufacturing/medical/lab environment (Level I).
• Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with 3+ years in manufacturing/medical/lab environment; sterile environment experience (Level II).
• Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with 4+ years in manufacturing/medical/lab environment; sterile environment experience (Level III).
• Qualification for use of full-face respirator with PAPR for hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment preparation, bulk drug formulation, and aseptic filling duties as needed.
• Accurately document data and complete batch records.
• Perform cleaning and sanitization duties as instructed by procedures.
• Complete facility aseptic gowning and manufacturing qualification program.
• Work in Grade 5, ISO 6, ISO 7, and ISO 8 cleanrooms.
