Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Formulation Specialist - Aseptic to join our formulation team in Kalamazoo, MI. The role focuses on assembling, preparing, and cleaning manufacturing equipment and performing processes for animal health products in a lean, safety-minded environment.

Responsibilities include operating formulation equipment, following detailed recipe instructions, and maintaining accurate documentation while adhering to cGMPs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and reference technical documentation.
• Basic math, English communication skills, legible penmanship, and reading comprehension.
• Microsoft applications and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot formulation equipment.
• Assemble, disassemble and clean formulation equipment and work areas.
• Follow batch records, SOPs and safety guidelines to ensure cGMP compliance.
• Manage hazardous materials following proper gowning procedures and SOPs.
• Record complete and accurate documentation of all tasks.
• Communicate effectively with support personnel and leadership.
• Support production schedule and department objectives as part of a high-performance team.
