Job summary

FUJIFILM Biosciences in Santa Ana, CA is hiring an Aseptic Filing Tech to manage sterile filtration and filling, and to sterilize filters, containers, and closures in a cleanroom setting. The role includes working on the 3rd shift (9:00pm–5:30am) and ensuring adherence to GMP and strict safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will set up aseptic filling/filtration equipment, follow established procedures for both manual and automated systems, maintain documentation, manage cleanroom inventory,

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year as certified aseptic filling technician.
• Experience with manual and automated aseptic fill systems.
• Certification in ISO 5 cleanroom gowning.
• Good work history and English literacy.

Responsibilities

• Set up aseptic filling/filtration equipment in a cleanroom.
• Follow aseptic procedures for filling various liquid media products.
• Maintain cleanroom gowning and behavior per SOPs.
• Disinfect controlled areas following SOPs and maintain documentation.
• Perform room/station setup and batch setup; ensure inventory accuracy.
