Job summary

FUJIFILM Biosciences in California is hiring an Aseptic Filing Tech to support sterile filtration and filling activities in a 2nd shift from 1:00pm to 9:30pm. The role emphasizes aseptic filling, equipment setup, cleanroom procedures, and rigorous documentation to maintain cGMP/cGLP standards in a biotech environment at our Santa Ana campus with broader US opportunities.

Required is a high school diploma and at least one year in aseptic filling, plus ISO 5 gowning certification and strong

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year as certified aseptic filling technician.
Experience with manual and automated aseptic fill systems.
ISO 5 environment cleanroom gowning certification.
Knowledge of GMPs and English communication.

Responsibilities

Prepare and set-up aseptic filling/filtration equipment in a cleanroom environment.
Follow aseptic-filling procedures using manual or automated filling systems.
Maintain proper cleanroom behavior and gowning procedures.
Disinfect controlled areas per SOP and ensure room/station set up for batches.
Maintain documentation and inventory accuracy for batches and supplies.
Complete filling documentation in a timely manner and ensure line clearance.
