Job summary

Zoetis in Lincoln, NE is hiring for an aseptic lyophilization technician. You will load/unload vial sizes, operate lyophilizers, and participate in on-call rotation while maintaining aseptic practices and GMP compliance.

The role requires basic mechanical skills and PC usage; prior experience with SCADA or CIP/SIP systems is beneficial. The site offers safety recognition, benefits, and a strong community presence.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Demonstrate basic mechanical skills.
• Demonstration of personal computer usage.

Responsibilities

• Aseptically load and unload all vial sizes involved in the lyophilization process.
• Perform start-up and shut-down duties for lyophilizers.
• Join the on-call rotation for lyophilization duties.
• Assist with aseptic filling, lyophilization and capping procedures.
• Monitor processes and report unusual circumstances and events.
• Learn and apply USDA and APHIS requirements to assembly operations.
• Document processes accurately and completely in accordance with SOPs and GMPs.
