Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with extensive aseptic bottling and packaging experience. You will lead reliability and efficiency projects, drive data-driven improvements, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes process & equipment design, automation/controls, and lean/Six Sigma methods in a food-grade environment. Strong technical leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering selected.
• 7–10 years of engineering experience in a production facility with emphasis on OEE and process improvements.
• Hands-on project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead projects focusing on reliability, machine efficiency, safety, and maintenance effectiveness.
• Acquire and analyze data to reduce cost and increase capacity.
• Teach/train junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
