Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Master with L1 certifications preferred, or plan to achieve.
• Diesel experience a plus.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models.
• Fluent with tablets, smartphones, computers; able to provide detailed inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests.
• Build experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns with the service team.
• Maintain high safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Communicate customer concerns clearly to the service department.
