Suburban Hyundai of Troy is seeking a Service Technician – Class C or Higher to perform automotive repairs and service per store and factory standards. You will diagnose, repair, and road-test vehicles, ensuring timely, quality work and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include documenting work, maintaining tools, completing training, and adhering to safety requirements; ASE certifications and 1+ year experience preferred, with a focus on accurate workmanship and professional communication.

Qualifications

• ASE certification required or preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair automotive systems per Lithia standards.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Must show attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs.
• Accurately document work performed and time spent.
• Maintain an organized, clean workspace and tools.
