• Warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on various vehicle makes and models.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest tools.
• Show courtesy to all customers.
• Greet customers in the Service Drive area as needed.
• Stay updated with service publications and terminal operations.
• Ensure vehicles are serviced right the first time.
• Address original concerns before pursuing additional sales.
• Inspect vehicles for additional sales opportunities.
• Return vehicles clean or cleaner than arrival.
• Complete training programs offered by factory or in-house.
• Fill paperwork correctly and attach forms to RO copy.
• Perform duties as assigned by Service Manager, ASM or Group Leader.
• Be punctual and wear a clean uniform.
