Job summary

Leo Tech LLC is seeking a dedicated Motor Vehicle Mechanic to manage and maintain our fleet and equipment at the training site. You will perform diagnostic work, repairs, and regular servicing to ensure a safe, compliant, and reliable vehicle fleet supporting the Silver Flag Exercise program.

Applicants should have three years of relevant experience, ASE certification, a Class A CDL, and the ability to pass an NCHC.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a Motor Vehicle Mechanic in Fleet Maintenance or Fleet Vehicle Management.
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal History Check (NCHC).
• Have a current ASE Certification.
• Have a valid Driver's License.
• Have a Class A Commercial Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Identify mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and inspections.
• Repair or replace faulty parts including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Perform regular maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, tune-ups.
• Explain repairs, provide estimates, and advise on maintenance procedures to customers.
• Conduct safety inspections to meet state standards.
• Maintain detailed repair records for regulatory compliance.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics.
