Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent training.
• Excellent communication and repair knowledge essential.
• Ability to read service/repair manuals and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, diagnoses, and repairs braking systems, engines, electrical components, steering systems, transmissions, drive trains, and tires for tractors, trailers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance: changing oil, checking fluids, inspecting batteries, testing lights, lubricating equipment.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships.
