Job summary

Berlin City Auto Group is seeking an experienced automotive technician with Toyota or Lexus certifications to join our Maine team. A retention bonus will be offered based on certifications, and the cost of moving your toolbox will be covered. Monday–Friday schedule.

You’ll diagnose, inspect, and repair vehicles, oversee repairs, and train new technicians. ASE certification is required; candidate should have strong diagnostic skills and commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• ASE certification required.
• 2+ years experience as automotive technician.
• Valid Maine vehicle inspection license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair vehicles to dealership standards.
• Provide labor/time estimates for repairs.
• Explain repairs to customers in non-technical terms.
• Train new technicians and assist team with complex diagnostics.
• Complete repairs under manufacturer specifications.
