Job summary

Midas in Durham, NC is seeking automotive technicians to perform diagnostics, repairs and maintenance across a wide range of systems. The role emphasizes independence as well as collaboration with peers in a full-service facility.

Qualified candidates will have experience with brakes, steering, heating, and engine diagnostics; ASE certifications or years of auto repair experience preferred; a valid driver's license and own tools are a plus. We offer competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must repair vehicles independently and work well in a team.
• Experience with brakes, exhaust, suspension, and engine diagnostics.
• Proven track record of high personal productivity.
• Adherence to safety and environmental standards for repair facilities.
• Experience using shop lifts, tire equipment, aligners and scan tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree a plus.
• State auto repair certifications.
• Valid driver’s license; own tools preferred.
