Job description

We are currently seeking an ASE Certified Automotive Technician with 5+ years of experience to become an integral part of our team! You will diagnose, adjust, repair, and maintain automotive vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles
• Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
• Inspect and test vehicles for necessary repairs
• Review TSB's and other service recommendations
• Complete full, accurate, and honest inspections for our customers
• Maintain professionalism
• Keep shop in clean, working order

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an ASE certified automotive technician
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Experience with all makes and models
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude
• Desire to serve customers
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Drivers License

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
• Walk/Stand for the majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
• Efficiently navigate a computer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
