• Follows dealership/manufacturer service guidelines and requests needed parts.
• Utilizes available technologies to enhance the customer experience and maintains CSI.
• Keeps the work area organized, clean, and safe; completes required training.
• Records all hours in the timekeeping system and adheres to safety rules and company policies.
• Demonstrates company core values and adheres to all safety regulations.
