Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• ASE Certification required.
• Team oriented with focus on customer service.
• Working knowledge of shop equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Willing to submit to background, DMV screen, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems to specification.
• Perform maintenance and repairs per maintenance orders.
• Provide labor and time estimates for repairs.
• Explain repairs to customers in non-technical terms.
• Stay updated with new technology through training sessions.
• Inspect and test vehicles and document findings.
• Maintain dealership standards and safety.
