Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Technician/Mechanic in Minnesota to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, lead a team toward improved customer care, and maintain high service quality. Pay range reflects flat-rate compensation, rewarding efficiency and expertise.

The role requires ASE certifications and a minimum of 2 years in automotive repair, with a driver’s license and ongoing training to ensure safe, reliable vehicle service.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing skills required.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience or demonstrated skills via certificates.
• A.S.E. certification in at least one of A1-A8 is required.

Responsibilities

• Change oil, transmission fluid and filters.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.
