Job summary

Kelly Automotive Group in Lynnfield, MA is seeking a Service Technician with ASE certification and a strong repair background to perform work on repair orders and diagnose needed repairs. You will test-drive vehicles, diagnose and repair automotive systems, and communicate with the Service Advisor about additional services and time estimates.

Qualifications

• ASE-certified technician with high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of service technician experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional services and provide time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
