Job summary

Key Auto Group's Key Ford of Exeter in Exeter, PA is seeking a Dealership Service Technician to join a busy shop and service a range of vehicles using diagnostic tools and OEM procedures.

The role requires 2+ years of service tech experience, ASE certification, and a strong customer-service mindset with teamwork. Uniforms provided and ongoing training support are offered to help you grow within the dealership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• ASE Certification required.
• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
• Dexterity and steady hand with hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C).
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional repairs and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
