Job summary

Atlantic Auto Group seeks experienced service professionals for its Service Department, including Master A, B, and C Levels and Express/Lube Technicians. The role offers a union shop, competitive pay, and a solid benefits package, with ongoing training and room for advancement within the organization.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of automotive technician experience, a valid NYS driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1 year of relevant automotive experience preferred.
• Must have a valid and clean NY state driver’s license.
• Able to pass a drug test and a background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Check fluids and maintenance-related parts and tops off or replaces fluids or filters as required.
• Diagnose issues based on experience and testing.
• Follow shop policies, safety, and environmental rules.
• Repair automobiles and light trucks as assigned and manage customer expectations.
• Complete standard maintenance jobs and inspections.
• Attend staff meetings and training as required.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness during service and repairs.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
