Ideal candidates have ASE certification or an associate degree in auto maintenance, with at least two years of hands-on experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification or Associate degree in auto maintenance and repair.
• At least two years of experience as an automotive technician preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance; ability to read data and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work as specified on service orders.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose systems using diagnostic tools.
• Repair transmissions and related components per manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate findings and estimates to the Service Advisor and customers.
• Assist with learning and development as needed.
