Job summary

You will diagnose, repair, and service a range of vehicle systems while adhering to dealership standards and providing excellent customer service.

This role operates under a flat rate pay structure with earnings potential between $60,000 and $110,000 annually based on experience and productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Technician.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ASE certification is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills.
• Proficient with electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver''s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently perform work on repair orders per dealer standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and evaluate components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with Service Advisors about additional services needed and provide accurate estimates of repair time.
• Execute repairs under warranty to meet manufacturer specifications.
