Job summary

CarMax is seeking a Mechanical Associate at our West Point, VA facility to ensure each vehicle meets safety and quality standards. You will inspect, diagnose, and recondition vehicles, supporting a collaborative team in a climate-controlled shop.

Qualifications

• Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
• Able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Maintain ASE Certifications as required.
