Qualifications

• Experience in performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair service on various vehicle makes and models.
• Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Correctly troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest tools.
• Ensure courteous interaction with all customers.
• Participate in training programs offered.
• Complete all paperwork correctly and ensure documentation is attached.
