Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a Special Education Teacher in Golden, CO to support ASD and SSN center-based classrooms. You will provide individualized instruction, develop and implement IEPs, and create a structured learning environment tailored to each student’s needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado Department of Education teaching license with Special Education endorsement.
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills are required.
• Experience working with students with ASD and/or SSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs.
• Provide specialized instruction across academic and functional areas.
• Support students in a structured, center-based classroom environment.
• Implement behavioral and instructional strategies as appropriate.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families; monitor progress and adjust instruction.
