Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking a Psychologist specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to provide evaluations and outpatient psychotherapy at our Eden Prairie, MN offices. This is an exempt position with a flexible compensation structure and manageable caseloads to support work-life balance.

The role requires a Doctoral degree and Minnesota licensure (or pursuing licensure), experience with ASD, and proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota (LP) or pursuing LP licensure.
• Must be comfortable working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is required.
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological evaluations to patients within the psychologist's scope of competence.
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to patients within the psychologist’s scope of competence.
• Design and implement treatment plans and ongoing therapy reflective of patient needs.
• Provide clinical supervision to master’s or doctorate level providers if needed.
• Maintain legible and organized outpatient records in accordance with policy requirements.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews.
• Ensure timely completion of Managed Care applications and ongoing documentation.
