Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Sartell, MN is seeking a Psychologist specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to provide evaluations and psychotherapy. This full-time, onsite role collaborates with a large Midwest behavioral health network and offers a manageable caseload with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include conducting psychological evaluations, delivering outpatient therapy within scope, developing treatment plans, and ensuring compliant records.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota (LP) or pursuing LP licensure.
• Must be comfortable working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is required.
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological evaluations to patients within the psychologist's scope of competence.
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to patients within the psychologist’s scope of competence.
• Designs and implements treatment plans and ongoing therapy reflective of patient needs.
• If interested/needed, provide clinical supervision to master’s or doctorate level providers.
• Maintain legible and organized outpatient records in accordance with policy requirements.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews.
• Responsible for timely completion of Managed Care applications and ongoing documentation as needed.
