Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking an ASD Evaluator to independently conduct autism spectrum and psychological assessments for children and adolescents. You will write evaluation reports following funding guidelines and communicate findings to families and providers.

The role requires travel to all Pediatrics Plus sites, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and ongoing knowledge of DSM-5 neurodevelopmental disorders. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of DSM-5 neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well in a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct autism spectrum or psychological assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Review and summarize reports and provide feedback to families and providers.
• Travel across Pediatrics Plus sites to conduct diagnostics.
• Make written diagnoses and consult with families on services offered.
• Participate in multidisciplinary staffing and represent Pediatrics Plus at events.
• Prepare statistical and other required reports.
• Maintain current knowledge in DSM-5 neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Demonstrate ability to write clear clinical rationales.
