You will lead a high-performing operating room, oversee perioperative services, and drive patient-centered care across the full surgical continuum from pre-op to PACU.

Within the Surgery unit, the ASCRN OR Manager will guide a high-performing operating suite and perioperative services that handle diverse cases typical of an ambulatory surgery environment, benefiting from the scale and resources of a multi-specialty center, the collaboration and career mobility of a multi-site network, and the trusted relationships that come with local community care. The center streamlines patient flow, elevates outcomes, and delivers an excellent surgical experience from pre-op to PACU.

The Operating Nurse Room Manager will oversee daily OR operations, staffing and scheduling, clinical quality and infection prevention, surgeon relations, and continuous improvement. The Operating Nurse Room Manager will be supported by clinical educators, charge leaders, and a friendly team of nurses, surgical technologists, anesthesia professionals, and interdisciplinary partners whose diversity, professionalism, and teamwork create a collaborative culture where patients and caregivers feel respected and empowered.
