Program Overview
The program offers two distinct paths – Golf Operations and Food & Beverage – allowing participants to rotate through various departments. After multiple rotations, graduates step into a permanent role within one of the most successful and fastest‑growing organizations in golf.
Targeted locations include North Texas and the greater Phoenix, AZ area. Applications and interview process run through May 2025 with the program beginning August 2025. The program lasts approximately two years and may lead to a full‑time position at Arcis upon completion.

- Bachelor’s degree – preferred fields include Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Marketing, Finance, or Environmental Science.
- Obtained Bachelor’s degree and have not had more than two years of work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: Ability to relocate.
