Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Transformation Analyst for ASC Operations in Downers Grove, IL. The role focuses on daily analytics and project support to improve profitability, block utilization, and program performance across the ASC portfolio.

You will build and maintain analytics, translate strategy into measurable results, and collaborate with finance, clinical operations, and physician leaders to drive initiatives to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, operations, or related field.
• Healthcare or ASC experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily analytical support across the ASC portfolio, including profitability by site, service line, and physician.
• Support block optimization — proper block allocation, utilization tracking, and related insights.
• Identify and analyze operational improvement and cost-saving opportunities across ASC sites.
• Track and maintain analytics for the ASC physician bonus program.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and scorecards to monitor ASC performance vs goals.
• Prepare executive-level communications highlighting ASC performance and strategic outcomes.
