Are you a driven nursing leader ready to elevate patient care? We’re looking for a Director of Nursing to oversee surgical and patient care services in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This role is your opportunity to lead with purpose, optimize clinical operations, and inspire a high-performing team.

Location: Seventh Avenue Surgery Center, Kearney, NE

What You’ll Do

• Lead nursing services across the OR, PACU, SPD, and patient care units.
• Oversee 24/7 clinical operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Drive resource optimization and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrators to support organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and clinical excellence.
  
  

Position Highlights

• This facility is an Ambulatory Surgery Center.
• The DON will supervise a team of up to 15 Registered Nurses and Scrub Technicians
• The current schedule consists of four surgery days and one administrative day.
• The position will not require evening, weekend, or holiday hours
• Wage range $80 - $95k based on previous experience
