Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Associate Manager to join our Enterprise Operations team, supporting the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) business area's IT operations and maintenance. You will lead a team of software engineers to ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of RMS systems, driving business outcomes and achieving operational excellence.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Managing non-SAP applications and support RMS SAP functionality
  2. Leading software engineering teams in development, implementation, and maintenance of RMS systems
  3. Overseeing software design, development, documentation, and testing
  4. Managing resource planning, staffing, and talent development
  5. Ensuring software standards and best practices are met
  6. Providing production support and mentoring to team members
  7. Providing full spectrum leadership to team (talent development, performance management, merit, promotions, etc.)
  8. Managing budgets and provide input to project status reports

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. This position is incentive plan eligible.
