Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to support ASC operations by analyzing performance, building financial models, and preparing reports for leadership. You will collaborate with multiple ASCs and Prime corporate teams to drive year-over-year growth inAmbulatory Surgery Center operations.

The role requires 1–2 years healthcare analytics experience, strong accounting comprehension, and excellent communication. Travel up to 40% to Southern California sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 1-2 years of experience in surgery center-related role with healthcare exposure recommended.
• Demonstrates decision making, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Understands basic accounting principles and familiarity with financial statements/reporting.
• Ability to digest financial information, render judgment, create context, and recognize patterns.
• Ability to meet deadlines, maintain attention to detail, and manage conflicting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly and quarterly results for facility performance vs budget, forecast, and prior periods; provide insights and recommendations on trajectory.
• Drive decision making using analytics (contribution margin, cash generation, benchmarking, ad hoc requests) to support ASC Operations initiatives.
• Generate standard monthly operating/financial reports.
• Assemble presentations for monthly and quarterly surgery center and JV board meetings.
• Build financial models and projections for transactions with new physician investors and potential mergers.
• Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient processes.
