Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience at a medium to large firm; asbestos litigation preferred.
• Plaintiff-side litigation experience is required.
• Experience in medical malpractice, toxic tort, or complex catastrophic litigation acceptable.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with state and Federal court cases.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Opportunity to travel to Europe.

Responsibilities
