Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an experienced supervisor to provide operational support for asbestos abatement projects. You will supervise asbestos technicians, manage safety procedures, and ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with regulations.

The role requires coordinating with project managers and customers, and may involve travel for site visits. The candidate should hold CDPHE Asbestos Certification with Medical Card, Lead and Hazardous Waste Certifications, and demonstrate strong

Qualifications

• CDPHE Asbestos Certification with Medical Card required.
• Lead Certification required.
• Hazardous Waste Certification required.
• Ability to identify consumables, usage and disposal requirements.
• English language literacy and fluency.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Managers, Operations Managers, and Customers to capture job requirements before start.
• Communicate job plans, abatement techniques, equipment usage, safety procedures, and site rules.
• Direct technicians and crew leaders to meet production and safety standards.
• Ensure badges, job numbers, and records are properly scanned and posted.
• Maintain daily job reports; document work and materials used.
