Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading global law firm with offices across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire two Litigation Paralegals. These roles report to the Paralegal Manager and support a national team of attorneys and paralegals.

Based in our offices in Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Seattle, New York, or Washington, DC, these positions offer a flexible, hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of asbestos cases, including discovery, tracking deadlines, and trial preparation.
• Maintain databases and ensure accurate data entry.
• Review and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
• Detail-oriented, motivated, creative, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• Adaptability, sound judgment, excellent time-management, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Prior litigation paralegal experience, especially with claim intake and case management, is highly desirable.
