Job summary

Armstrong Teasdale LLP seeks an experienced Litigation Associate for our Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate has 4+ years handling high-volume product liability matters, preferably asbestos, including depositions, pleadings, motions, and case summaries. Will support asbestos and general/business litigation practices.

Associates will learn from senior practitioners in a supportive environment and engage with clients and opposing counsel throughout case progression.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a licensed attorney in high-volume product liability matters (preferably asbestos).
• Experience taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, motions, and case summaries.
• Ability to work directly with clients and opposing counsel, and to drive matters from inception to conclusion.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple matters at different stages, from inception to conclusion.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys and clients; maintain attention to detail.
