Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a SIPA Superintendent in South Carolina to oversee environmental projects, including asbestos abatement, microbial cleanup, and related duties. You will lead technicians and temporary staff while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Must hold a 40-hour SC asbestos supervisor certificate, pass pre-employment screenings, and operate in a safety-focused, on-site role with a 5/10 work schedule and per diem eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the Asbestos Abatement field.
• Must have EPA, OSHA and local hazardous materials policy knowledge.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day environmental projects in SC, including asbestos abatement and related tasks.
• Manage technicians and temporary laborers on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, OSHA and environmental regulations.
